What Is A PRO EDU Account & How To Create One?

OVERVIEW

There are two types of accounts users can create PRO EDU, a Shop Account and a Learn Account for streaming content. This article highlights the differences between them and how to start them, access them, and the differences between them.

LEARN ACCOUNT FEATURES

What Is A PRO EDU Learn Account?

This account will allow access to the streaming platform or Pro Plan Member Area at learn.proedu.com as well as Purchases. To stream videos or view purchased items, please log in HERE on Learn Platform.

 

Is A PRO EDU Learn Account FREE?

Yes.

 

How Do I Create A Learn Account?

A learn account is automatically created when a purchase of an individual product or a PRO Plan is completed. Purchasers will receive an email with a link to access learn.proedu.com within 24 hours. 

Each course on learn.proedu.com has several videos unlocked that can be viewed for free by anyone without the need to log in. 

 

Why Do I Need A Learn Account?

The learn account is an all-access pass to all the purchases a customer has made, allowing the user to watch the content where it is most comfortable. A learn account is needed to stream the video content via the learn.proedu.com platform, our mobile applications available in both iOS and Android app stores, on Apple TV, Roku, or Amazon Firestick. 

 

Where Can I Access My Purchase History?

The learn account lets users view past purchases and access purchased content via the My Library tab at the top of the learn.proedu.com site page.

Can I See My Receipts In My Learn Account?

User receipts are not available on learn.proedu.com. A receipt is emailed to users after each order. If additional copies of a receipt are required, please reach out to support@proedu.com 

 

SHOP ACCOUNT FEATURES

What Is A PRO EDU Shop Account?

The second account used on PRO EDU is for customer billing, payment plans, and administration of the account at PRO EDU. This is where users will update and manage payment methods and access receipts. The PRO EDU Admin account can be found here: https://proedu.com/tools/recurring/login/

 

NOTE: You May NOT have an account on PRO EDU, despite being a PRO PLAN member or having purchased in the past on PRO EDU. Users can checkout without establishing an account.

 

How Do You Create A Shop Account? 

  1. Navigate To www.proedu.com And Click On The Person Icon In The Far Right Corner.

  2. On The Page Which Follows, Click On "Create Account"

  3. Enter The Account Holders First Name In The Appropriate Box.

  4. Enter The Account Holders Last Name In The Appropriate Box

  5. Enter The Account Holder's Email In The Appropriate Box.

  6. Create A Password For The Account In The Password Box.

  7. With All The Information Entered Into The Fields, Click "Create"

  8. Navigate To The Email Inbox

    1. Click on the email from PRO EDU and confirm the account.

Why Establish A PRO EDU Shop Account?

Establishing an account at PRO EDU allows users to view their purchase history as well as manage subscription accounts. Users have the ability to click on order numbers and view purchase information. 

 

Where can I see my PRO EDU Rewards (Watts):

The rewards account is accessible from any screen through the rewards icon located in the bottom right of each screen. Users sign in using their Shop account information to view PRO EDU watts.
