I Have Tried Resetting My Password But No Email Is Delivered?

If attempting to log in to the streaming platform and are not receiving a password reset, please first verify that the email being used is the email addressed that the confirmation email was received.

 

I Used PayPal To Pay For My Purchase, Does That Matter? 

If PayPal was used for the purchase, the account information was sent to the email address associated with the PayPal account. If access to this email address is no longer available, please email support@proedu.com.
